ZooRacing - Wolverine MINI - 1:10 M-Chassis Body (0.5mm)

The Wolverine MINI is the little brother of the world championship-winning Wolverine MAX from ZooRacing

The Wolverine MINI, the little brother of ZooRacing's highly successful Wolverine MAX 1:10 on-road body. This two-time IFMAR World Champion and four-time EFRA European Champion in this new form factor was developed to push the performance boundaries in the M-Chassis Mini Touring Car class. The Wolverine MINI represents a significant advancement in aerodynamics and handling.

The Wolverine MINI is ZooRacing's latest high-performance body shell. It was developed using our latest research to make the Wolverine MINI even faster on any track compared to its predecessors. Numerous new features improve handling and make it more dynamic. Increased downforce provides greater stability in corners with significantly more rotation. Aerodynamic efficiency has also been further improved.

To achieve this, we significantly improved the Wolverine MINI in many areas. The overall length was shortened to reduce inertia and thus improve rotation around the vertical axis. For enhanced steering in fast corners, we redesigned the front and hood, making them steeper. To direct airflow laterally over the rear wheel arches to the rear wing and thus generate more downforce, we heavily modified the sides of the Wolverine MINI. The rear end is very flat and uniform to achieve a low center of gravity and ensure optimal airflow to the rear wing. For smooth airflow, we redesigned the rear fenders to minimize turbulence at the rear of the body.

For improved aerodynamic efficiency, we've extended the roof of the Wolverine MINI. For the first time, the side windows are curved to balance the airflow pressure. We've taken a familiar Hellcat rear wing and further refined it. The wing is known for its curved shape, which perfectly matches the rear of the car and generates extreme downforce. For greater structural stability and increased downforce on fast tracks, we've integrated a highly efficient reinforcing rib.

The ultra-lightweight 0.5 mm version, in particular, requires high rigidity. To achieve this, we developed many new features. We redesigned the area in front of the windshield to increase stiffness. The front fenders have a unique structure that prevents flexing at high speeds, resulting in greater overall efficiency.
The Wolverine MINI body is deep-drawn from high-quality 0.5 mm, 0.7 mm, and extra-strong 1.0 mm ZHD polycarbonate using the ZooRacing ZOOlite molding process. The package includes window masks in a new, more flexible and adhesive quality, ensuring professional-grade window frames. The body kit is completed with high-quality wing mounting hardware and a detailed decal sheet featuring the grille, headlights, and taillights.

The body shell is available in three versions:
LIGHTWEIGHT: 0.5mm thick - 55g weight without paint and decals, including wing;
REGULAR: 0.7mm thick - 65g weight without paint and decals, including wing;
ZHD: 1.0mm thick - 75g weight without paint and decals, including wing

ATTENTION: The body is VERY low-profile!
Therefore, it can only be mounted on the latest generation of M-Chassis.
Some modifications will be necessary to reduce the size of interfering chassis components.
This effort will be rewarded with maximum performance and incredibly good handling.

 The body shell is supplied unpainted and uncut. This is not a complete car!

The painted example includes additional parts that are not included in the standard delivery but can be retrofitted.

Important note:
The thinner the body shells become, the more fragile they are. This applies to manufacturing, storage, transport, and ultimately, of course, use.
The body shells may have minor creases (especially at the rear).
Unfortunately, small creases and folds are not always avoidable and are not easily visible through the bag.
In this case, form follows function – you won't win any beauty contests with super-thin body shells. But you will be fast :-)

This is especially true for the ULTRALIGHT version, which is only 0.5mm thick. This version is prone to creases due to the delicate nature of the material. Therefore, using 0.5mm body shells is only suitable for drivers who can live with these characteristics, for whom reduced durability is not a concern, and who want to achieve maximum performance.
