Return Policy

All sales are final once the item has been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before the item has been dispatched so we can process a full refund.

Returns
You may return unused items within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

Defects / Non-Delivery
Refunds (including original shipping where applicable) will be provided if the item is defective, damaged, or has not arrived well past the estimated delivery window. Please contact us with photos or tracking details so we can resolve this quickly.

Refund Processing
Refunds are typically processed within 1–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund is initiated.
