All sales are final upon shipping the item. If you wish to cancel your order you must request to do so before the item has been shipped, in order to receive your full refund. Refunds are only given if there is a defect and/ or item is broken, or if item has not been received well past the estimated arrival.
Receipt of refund may take anywhere from 1-7 days to process, although confirmation email will be sent immediately.
