It is very likely we will ship your order within 1 business day, however due to high demand sometimes it can take up to 3 business days. If there are any delays we will be sure to notify you! Orders with Pre-Ordered items will be held until the Pre-Ordered items are available, unless you contact us requesting otherwise.

Australia Post Standard Post (7-12 Business Days)

This service contains milestone tracking from RC MAKER to your door. It is our economy service which provides an idea on location, with good transit times and even better prices! This service will be delivered through your local postal network.

Australia Post EMS Express Post (4-7 Business Days)

This service is our International Express Option and is free when you spend over $300AUD! This service will be delivered through your local postal network. It includes great tracking updates and reliable transit times!

DHL EXPRESS (3-5 Business Days)

This service contains full milestone tracking from RC MAKER to your door

One of the worlds fastest and most reliable services, DHL Express is guaranteed to get your order to you in the fastest time possible. It has fast-tracked customs processing as DHL holds priority over many other shipping companies in order to deliver in their scheduled time frame.

Non-USA International Shipments Duty

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. All of our Non-US based international orders are charged without duty or tax, so after ordering, please expect a message from your customs office to arrange the payment of these.

USA Tariff and Duty Update

Due to new regulations, we are now having to pay duties and tariffs on behalf of our customers for all goods entering into the USA. This means that we are now collecting additional duty/tariff from you in the checkout on top of the normal tax exclusive price. This does mean that there will be nothing payable on arrival into the US and there won't be any hold ups getting your parcel through customs and border control. Please note that we don't make any profit off this collection process, we are simply collecting it from you to ensure a speedy customs and border control clearance!
