Our custom screws feature:

1. Each screw specification is manufactured with its own independent mold. The precision surpasses mass-produced screws of the same size, ensuring that once installed on the steel plate, the screw head sits perfectly flush without any protrusion, preventing deformation of the plate.

2. The screws are made of carbon steel with a silver-coated surface and have a strength rating of 12.9. The recommended tightening torque for all M3 screws is 0.8 N·m to achieve longer service life and better resistance to frequent assembly and disassembly.

3. The depth of the screwdriver engagement has been specially adjusted to ensure the recess is deep enough for secure tightening, reducing the chance of stripping.
