Takashima D-13 Torx T7 120-Degree Grade 12.9 hardened Carbon Steel Screw set for RC MAKER SP2

Takashima D-13 Torx T7 120-degree countersunk M3 flat-head screw set for the RC MAKER SP2, made to suit Takashima D-13 steel and titanium chassis. Grade 12.9 hardened carbon steel.

Takashima D-13 chassis plates must be installed with 120-degree countersunk screws. Using traditional 90-degree screws will enlarge the holes and permanently damage the plate.

Although you may find this type of screw on the market, we strongly recommend using Takashima D-13 factory-custom screws for the best installation results:

1. Each screw specification is made from its own independent mould. The precision surpasses mass-produced screws of the same size, so once installed the screw head sits perfectly flush with no protrusion, preventing deformation of the plate.
2. Carbon steel with a silver-coated surface and a 12.9 strength rating. Recommended tightening torque for all M3 screws is 0.8 N·m for longer service life and better resistance to frequent assembly and disassembly.
3. The driver recess depth has been specially adjusted so it is deep enough for secure tightening, reducing the chance of stripping.
